  WHAT A GREAT DAY!!!
  
  We took Delaney to her 2 week check up today. She did great considering she was hungry and ready to eat! She is definitely a growing girl, she gained 1 pound in 10 days!
  
  I attempted to feed her in the car after her appointment and it actually went pretty well.
  
  We decided to head to Walmart for dog food after that because she had a full belly and was sound asleep. Our first family outing (to somewhere other than the Dr.'s) and it felt great!!!

  Delaney lost her umbilical cord tonight....yeah!!! No, I am not going to keep it.

  Thank you all for the comments. We are lucky to have great friends and family. Delaney and Libby are doing GREAT! Delaney seems to be settling in. Delaney had her first Doctors appointment last week and she had a little "blow out" on the scale. Dad caught it all and "no harm no foul". Libby will follow up with her Doctor later this week.

  We have been at home just over 24 hours and things could not be more WONDERFUL!!! I am doing well, Delaney is perfect and Mark is the BEST husband and Daddy that anyone could ever ask for.
